Нова регулация на Европейската комисия за продажбата на loose glitter продукти

We wish to bring to your attention an important нов regulation recently introduced by the Европаan Union that has implications for everyone in the nail design industry.

This regulation, officially dated September 25th, 2023, is set to be enforced starting from October 15th, 2023. Its primary concern pertains to the sale of продукти that contain synthetic polymer micro-particles, включително loose блясък.

As of October 17th, 2023, the sale of продукти featuring loose блясък will be prohibited. However, in accordance with paragraph (60) of this regulation, продукти containing microplastics that were introduced to the market prior to October 17th, 2023, can continue to be sold even after the regulation takes effect. This means that one is permitted to sell any existing inventory that includes these продукти. 

Продукти containing bound блясък, such as гелове and varnishes, will not be subject to prohibition until October 17th, 2035.
