Uusi Eurooppaan Commission Regulation impacting sale Loose Glitter Tuotteet

We wish – bring – sinun attention an important uusi regulation recently introduced by Euroopan unioni that has implications varten everyone kynsi design industry.

This regulation, officially dated September 25th, 2023, is setti – be enforced starting alkaen October 15th, 2023. Its primary concern pertains – sale tuotteet that contain synthetic polymer micro-particles, including loose glitter.

As October 17th, 2023, sale tuotteet featuring loose glitter will be prohibited. However, accordance kanssa paragraph (60) this regulation, tuotteet containing microplastics that were introduced – market prior – October 17th, 2023, can continue – be sold even after regulation takes effect. This means that one is permitted – sell any existing inventory that includes these tuotteet. 

Tuotteet containing bound glitter, such as geelit ja varnishes, will not be subject – prohibition until October 17th, 2035.
