It's a very nice, neutral-toned cat eye. The magnetic particles are on the finer side, once magnetized they have a velvety, elegant finish. It is a semi-transparent, which can give you a frosty effect if you're using it on a cool toned base (think lightly silver) but also give a bit of depth and pearly sheen to warmer toned bases.
The consistency is neither too thick not too runny. All around, it's the most versatile metallic polish in my collection.
