RIPOSO GL-21 (Single Velvet 2) – Red Version

A transparent velvet “knit glitter” overlay gel with a soft red-toned fibre effect, designed to add warm texture on top of colour gels or magnetic/cat-eye designs. This Red Version includes fine brown micro-particles to create a more versatile, natural-looking warmth compared with black-toned velvet overlays.

Single Velvet 2 is a clear overlay gel featuring red knit-style fibres plus subtle brown specks for depth. The result is a cozy, fabric-like finish that layers beautifully without overpowering the base colour.

Instructions

1. Complete your base design (colour gel and/or magnetic gel) and cure fully.
2. Gently roll the bottle or stir to distribute fibres and micro-particles evenly.
3. Apply a thin, even layer of Single Velvet 2 and cure.
4. For more texture, apply a second thin layer and cure again.
5. Finish with a compatible top gel if desired, then cure.

Pro tip

For the cleanest finish, float the brush lightly and keep layers thin. If you want more visible “knit density”, build with two thin coats rather than one thick coat to avoid fibre clumping.
