General Terms and Conditions

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all transactions concluded withAsCo Ευρώπη BV – Pretty Yeppuda, having its registered office at Meierij 28, 2260 Westerlo, Belgium (VAT BE1003 440 353). By placing an order—via this website or other means—you agree to these terms.

• All agreements are governed by Belgian law.
• All disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
• Nothing herein affects your statutory rights.

References to “Pretty Yeppuda,” “we,” or “us” refer to the company; “customer,” “you,” or “your” refer to the purchaser. All URLs owned by Pretty Yeppuda form part of this website. We supply both επαγγελματικόs and private individuals.

2. Prices

• All prices are stated in euros unless expressly indicated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Discounts

• Calculated at checkout, δεν συνδυάζονται, applicable only to προϊόντα σε απόθεμα.
• Store-wide promotions may exclude certain brands; this is shown at checkout.

4. Orders

• Orders are placed online via secure server transactions. All card payments are subject to issuer authorisation.
• Accepted methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Maestro.
• An order is deemed accepted only upon our confirmation e-mail.
• Minors (<18 years) require parental permission; orders without consent are voidable.
• Payment refusal by the card issuer releases us from delivery obligations.

5. Delivery

• Goods are dispatched as soon as possible under the chosen method; delivery fees may change without notice.
• Maximum delivery period: 30 days from order confirmation.
• If delivery cannot take place within 30 days you may cancel undelivered items.
• Damage, discrepancies or errors must be reported and returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.
• Risk passes on delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of undelivered items.

6. Returning & Exchanging Articles

• Return within 14 calendar days, unused, in original packaging with all accessories.
• For damage επιστροφές, note the damage on the return form; we will επιστροφή χρημάτων or replace and reimburse standard return postage.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

7. Warranty

• 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated.
• Damage due to accident, negligence or misuse is excluded.

9. Distance-Selling Regulations – Right of Withdrawal

• You may cancel within 14 calendar days after delivery, provided goods are unused and in original condition (exceptions: perishables, unsealed software, personalised items).
• Notify us via an unequivocal statement (post, e-mail, etc.); the model revocation form is διαθέσιμο but not obligatory.

10. Force Majeure

Items remain the property of Pretty Yeppuda until paid in full.

We protect all transactions with SSL encryption; your data is fully encrypted during transfer.

19. Abusive Behaviour&Right to Refuse Service

Pretty Yeppuda welcomes constructive feedback but operates a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, defamation, threats or discriminatory language across all channels (e-mail, chat, reviews, social media).

19.1 Objective grounds for refusal

We may, at our sole discretion and without liability, refuse, cancel or limit orders, suspend accounts or block communication when:

• the customer engages in repeated abusive or harassing conduct toward our staff, brand or other πελάτες;
• false or defamatory statements about Pretty Yeppuda or its προϊόντα are published and not retracted upon request;
• charge-backs or επιστροφή χρημάτων claims are filed without first allowing us to resolve the issue;
• fraudulent activity or other material breach of these Terms is detected.

This right will never be exercised on the basis of any protected characteristic (race, gender, religion, etc.).

19.2 Procedure

We will notify the customer by e-mail of any measure taken and the factual reason. Amounts paid for goods not yet dispatched will be επιστροφή χρημάτωνed within 14 days, unless losses caused by the customer are to be set off.

19.3 User-generated content moderation

We may remove or hide content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes privacy, or περιλαμβάνει hate speech or threats, in line with the EU Digital Services Act and our User Content Guidelines.

19.4 Escalation

Continued violations may lead to civil or criminal proceedings under Belgian law, enforceable EU-wide pursuant to Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 and the Lugano Convention.
