Nieuw Europaan Commission Regulation impacting de sale van Loose Glitter Producten

We wish naar bring naar je attention een important Nieuw regulation recently introduced by de Europaan Union dat has implications voor everyone in de nail design industry.

Dit regulation, officially dated September 25th, 2023, is Set naar be enforced starting van October 15th, 2023. Its primary concern pertains naar de sale van producten dat contain synthetic polymer micro-particles, including loose Glitter.

As van October 17th, 2023, de sale van producten featuring loose Glitter zal be prohibited. Hoeever, in accordance met paragraph (60) van dit regulation, producten containing microPlastics dat were introduced naar de market prior naar October 17th, 2023, kan continue naar be sold even after de regulation takes effect. Dit means dat one is permitted naar sell any existing inventory dat includes deze producten. 

Producten containing bound Glitter, such as Gels en varnishes, zal niet be subject naar prohibition until October 17th, 2035.
