Withdrawal from Contract

Consumers in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies. This page allows you to submit a withdrawal request for an order placed through our webshop.

Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically cancel shipment and does not automatically trigger a refund. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to stop the shipment and cancel the order. If the order has already been shipped, you must return the goods to us according to the return instructions provided.

Refund timing

For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first. No refund will be issued solely because a withdrawal request has been submitted while the parcel is still in transit.

Return costs

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise or unless the return is due to an error on our side, a defective product, or a product that does not conform to the contract.

Original shipping costs

If you validly withdraw from the full order, we will reimburse the price paid for the returned goods and the cost of the standard delivery method originally selected or charged. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, the additional cost of that premium, express, insured, or special delivery method will not be reimbursed.

If you return only part of your order, the original delivery cost will normally not be reimbursed, because the delivery service was still used for the products that you kept.

Refused delivery, non-collection, or incorrect address

If a parcel is refused, not collected, or cannot be delivered because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information, we may deduct the direct return-to-sender costs, re-shipping costs, carrier charges, and other direct costs caused by the failed delivery from any refund, where legally permitted.

This does not apply where the refusal or failed delivery is caused by our error, by a wrong product being sent, or by visible transport damage for which the customer is not responsible.

Return condition of cosmetics and nail products

Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Cosmetic and nail products must be returned complete, clean, undamaged, and with all original packaging, boxes, caps, brushes, labels, accessories, and product components included.

Where a product is supplied by the manufacturer with a tamper-evident seal, hygiene seal, sealed pouch, sealed outer packaging, or similar protective seal, the product cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal if that seal has been broken after delivery and the product is no longer suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Many professional nail products are not supplied by the manufacturer with an individual tamper-evident seal. In that case, the product will be inspected after return. The consumer may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, comparable to what would normally be allowed in a physical shop.

Opening a cosmetic nail product, using the brush, applying the product, curing the product, swatching the product, contaminating the product, partially consuming the product, damaging the bottle, damaging the cap or brush, removing labels, damaging the box, or otherwise making the product unsuitable for resale may go beyond what is necessary for normal inspection.

If a returned product has been opened, used, contaminated, damaged, partially consumed, altered, or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the product. If the product has no remaining resale or hygiene value, this deduction may equal the full product price, where legally permitted.

No automatic refund

This withdrawal form is not an automatic refund tool. Each request is reviewed based on the order status, shipment status, return status, product condition, and applicable consumer law.

B2B and professional purchases

The statutory consumer withdrawal right applies to consumers. It does not apply to purchases made by businesses, companies, or professional buyers acting in the course of their business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
