Jello Jello Overlay Gel
The Jello Jello overlay gel is a Non wipe gel that is used after applying the charms with the Jello Jello fixing gel. It fills the gaps between the charms and has excellent self levelling power with medium viscosity. Curing time is 60 seconds and has a super transparent finish that is non yellowing.
